On August 26, 2007, I purchase a new RV Tioga, Ranger 2008 from Mike Thompson RV Super Store at address 18240 Ward St Fountain Valley, California 92708. Once I got the coach home, I started to have battery issues, which on several occasions I took it to Ford. Ford informed me that it was the house batteries on the back of the RV. I took the RV back up to Mike Thompson’s on 09-14-2007, 09-24-2007, and 12-20-2007 for battery issues along with other coach problems. Max Baddeley order wiring harness (part #530330) for the coach, he said this will solve my battery loss problem RV, but Max never had the wiring harness installed in my RV. I have talk to Fleetwood Relation Department and they said this part should have been installed in my RV. I continued to still have battery problems; on 02-11-2008 I took the RV to Camping World in San Marcos, CA an Authorize Fleetwood Service Center. Camping World informed me on 02-29-2008 that there was not a converter installed and I need to go back to Mike Thompson’s were I purchase the RV. He also informed me that the Bulletin issued can not be address until the power converter is placed in the RV. On March 12, 2008 Mike Thompson’s would not install the power/converter charger in my RV and accused me of taking this part out of my RV. My RV is under Warranty and only been to Fleetwood and Ford authorized Service Centers. My RV clearly needs this part to be fully operational.
I have asked Mike Thompson’s to put the power/ converter charger and Wiring Harness (Part #530330) in my RV, but they clearly refused. Both Mike Thompson's and Fleetwood Manufacture do not want to honor the Warranty on my new RV purchase.
The information that is present here is factual, verifiable, and undisputable.

I have stopped doing busines with Mike Thompson's as well as a number of my camping companions. Poor service is unaccepatble.

I will never buy an Rv from Mike Thompson's based on this lack of service. I would call a local consumer advocate.
