I bought this excursion 33A used with 12500. My first MH. Small things going wrong don't faze me but the large cupboard door falling off its hinges is cause for concern. Then the shade over the door broke. Front air conditioner going out. Hot water heater works sometimes. I also noticed a mark on the floor where the rollers rest I showed it to my RV guy he suggested more rollers to help with the weight. Well Fleetwood sent a different... Read more

Bought a new 2010 Fleetwood Terra and spent over $100K. Even though the RV is indoors, within 2 years the seats and sofa became apart. After many letters and phone calls finally received a call from Fleetwood and nothing was accomplish. According to them the warrantee had expired. Neither Fleetwood nor Flexsteel solve the problem. All they did was blame each other and it cost me over $3500 to fix the problem. Shame on you Fleetwood and Flexsteel... Read more

Flexsteel offered to sell me new Ultra Leather covers for the seats - Driver seat $375.00 Passenger: $395.00. This price does not include installation. I am not happy with the response I received from both Fleetwood and Flexsteel. They delivered a poor product and are... Read more

We own many Fleetwood RVs, and just like a home things break and need to be fixed. We purchase many parts and do our fixing. We have for the most part been happy with Fleetwood. Obviously there are many areas of the RV they can engineer a little better such as the latches that hold the ladders in place. I'm sure everyone who has use the ladder a few times has found that those latches are extremely weak and will fall off or get loose. But the... Read more
