A basic question
To many obstacles to get a 2 second answer for a simple question. I just want to know what the roof material is on my 1991 Fleetwood Jamboree Rallye.

Poor warranty service
- The warranty department is poorly run and unhelpful.

As a service dealer i have never seen such a poorly ran warranty department. If i am doing something wrong with the process they wont even help you out with that.
But looking at this website i can see they done care to clean up their own image.
Once they got you to buy they have you hooked. Buyer on new units beware!!

- Stripped screws cause doors to fall off track.
- Electric step failed after six months.
- Linoleum not trimmed; roof rippled; vanity pulled away.
Craftsmanship no longer exists with this company. Stripped out screws everywhere including the bedroom door track so doors fall off the track every trip.
Electric Step broke after 6 months. Linoleum in front bathroom was not trimmed and rolled up. Back corner of roof rippled and Fleetwood refused to fix because no visible water leak. Back vanity pulled away from wall and they covered with a thin layer of caulk.
All decals were bubbled and dealer caused more damage trying to replace them. Big slide continues to get stuck out, $600 for mobile techs to come to campground in 2 trips. Mirrors not tightened down and spun around during trip. Metal flashing fell onto propane tank after rough road travel.
Bolts into steps covering batteries are screwed in so crooked on the left side they are extremely difficult to remove and check battery water level. Dealership service department is as worthless as Fleetwood.

Just try to look online and get a strait answer on what kind of parts are in the rv. Can't get a strait answer or list of parts. I just wanted to know what model and size alternator, converter, invert
Spent days online trying to find specific information on various parts needed. Cannot find anything except call for appt to have rv repaired. Some people can do the work themselves.

Found that the pump is not a macerator pump but instead a vacuum pump. Advised to call Dometic, which is the vendor, directly.

Preferred solution: A pump that works without the loud knocking noise. It appears this is why Fleetwood stopped using the vacuum pump and now uses a macerator pump. Would be nice to have the quiet pump in our Bounder as we are full time RVers.

The only thing I wanted to know was I have a 2006 American tradition motorhome and the power cord would not come out with the toggle switch. I checked the fuse and it was good. I just wanna know what I should do next to try to alleviate the problem and all I want is just a little direction and you get all this rigmarole that you guys are putting us through and now you apparently wont talk to anybody with an older motorhome, please have somebody call me at 314-277-**** and just tell me what my next step that I should do if I should do the switch could be a relay or I dont know what I should do next

Preferred solution: I would like to know what to do to troubleshoot my poor cord not working and coming out. I had to manually pull it out. How am I gonna get it back in? What’s my best way?

I have a 2022 Fleetwood Fortis 32RW,which has 700 miles with multiple recalls, one of which was active upon arrival to a campground. The Hydraulic line ruptured for the jacks, thus puncturing the exhaust.
Can't get anyone in an emergency, so I nested the jacks.
I took my coach to General RV in Wixom in August and I have yet to receive any update. I see all the concerns here as it relates to our purchase and the dissatisfaction for the substandard workmanship of these vehicles for all that we pay.

Where to find air system for tow
I have a 2011 fleetwood Discovery 36j and needed a tow. We tried to plug in air supply and air wouldnt go into air system so the air suspension and air brakes would not work !!!
